Sampaoli & Pellacchia was founded by lawyers Alessandro Sampaoli and Riccardo Pellacchia, both attorneys at law and lifelong friends.

The law firm offers legal assistance to both private individuals and companies, and assists an international community of clients on domestic Italian, cross-border and cross-jurisdictional situations in all the main areas of Italian law.

Sampaoli & Pellacchia specialises in civil law and private international law, with an emphasis on company law and taxation, property and estate planning, insurance and banking law, inheritance and wills.

The main office of the firm is in Perugia, a charming etruscan town located in Umbria region, the green heart of Italy, near Tuscany and easy to reach from Rome.
